1. General

1.1. Seycuru (hereinafter: “the Company”) is committed to protecting the privacy of clients and safeguarding the personal information provided by them, in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Protection Law, 1981 (hereinafter: “Privacy Protection Law”).

1.2. The client undertakes that any personal information transferred to the Company was done so with the consent of the data subject and according to the provisions of the law, including the Privacy Protection Law.

1.3. By engaging with the Company through any communication channel and/or use thereof (such as browsing Seycuru’s website, registering or leaving details on landing pages, WhatsApp, including membership in WhatsApp groups, phone, newsletter registration, email messages, and any other relevant means of communication), the client consents to the collection, storage, and use of information by the Company as detailed in this privacy policy.

1.4. The client acknowledges that they are not legally required to provide personal information to the Company, and any information provided during the engagement is given voluntarily. It is clarified that if the client chooses not to provide information, the Company may not be able to provide the requested service, in whole or in part.

1.5. This document details how the Company uses, receives, stores, and retains personal information collected about clients.

1.6. In this document, “information” or “personal information” as defined in the Privacy Protection Law refers to data relating to an identified or identifiable individual by means of an identifying detail, including, among others, name, ID number, phone, email, online identifier, or one or more pieces of data regarding their physical, health, economic, social, or cultural status.

2. Consent for Collection and Use of Personal Information

2.1. By browsing the website and/or using any of Seycuru’s services (including membership in WhatsApp update groups, browsing the Company’s website, newsletter registration, etc.) and/or signing a service agreement with the Company, the client agrees to all terms in this privacy policy and to all collection, processing, and sharing of personal information as detailed herein. The information provided by the client will be stored in Seycuru’s data repositories.

2.2. The client understands that if they refuse to share their information, they may not be able to receive services from the Company, and thereby waives any claim and/or demand and/or suit against Seycuru or anyone on its behalf.

2.3. Seycuru reserves the right to change this privacy policy at any time.

3.1. In order to receive services, respond to inquiries, receive materials containing information from the Company, and/or schedule meetings and receive initial consultations, the client will be required to provide basic personal details for contact purposes.

5. Use of Personal Information and Purposes

5.1. The use of information provided by you via any of the communication channels listed in this policy will be made for the following purposes:

  • To provide the service, including an introductory conversations prior to engagement between the parties

  • To allow you to use other services of Seycuru

  • For the ongoing operation of the Company and provision of services (payments, use of CRM systems, marketing, customer service, etc.)

  • For sending information, marketing inquiries, updates, and various publications

  • For publishing the client’s name and logo and/or recommendation on Seycuru’s website and/or on social networks for marketing purposes

  • For information security purposes

  • For legal proceedings and compliance with legal obligations and/or provisions of the law

  • For any other purpose detailed in this privacy policy or in the terms of use of any relevant service on the website

5.2. Seycuru may, subject to law, periodically send you by email information regarding our services as well as marketing and promotional information from the Company and information received for dissemination from other advertisers.

5.3. You may at any time submit a written request to be removed from the mailing list or for information, and the Company will act according to your instructions.

5.4. You may request at any time to stop receiving publications and information by submitting a removal request via email to yelozory@seycuru.com, by replying to 0547-842167, or by clicking “unsubscribe” in the dedicated link at the bottom of the newsletter email sent by the Company.

6. Disclosure of Information to Third Parties

6.1. The information you provide will not be shared with third parties except in the following cases: 

  • If you have authorized the transfer of information to third parties 

  • Employees, subcontractors for response and service provision 

  • Payment processors and other service providers assisting with ongoing business operations (e.g., accounting, data storage services, etc.) 

  • Law enforcement authorities, government officials, or other third parties when required by law or in response to a subpoena or court order 

  • In case of a claim and/or legal proceeding in which information must be provided as per a court order 

7. Consent for Transfer of Information Outside Israel

7.1. You hereby agree that information relating to you may be transferred and stored outside the borders of Israel, in accordance with legal requirements.

8. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Tools

8.1. As part of improving service and streamlining work processes, Seycuru uses AI-based auxiliary tools. The client authorizes the Company to use these AI tools for processing and analyzing information and preparing documents relevant to service provision. These tools are auxiliary only and do not constitute part of professional decision-making processes. Seycuru undertakes to minimize the exposure of personally identifiable information in these systems and to conduct full human review of any final product produced by them.

9. Right to Review Information

9.1. Under the Privacy Protection Law, 1981, every individual has the right to review information about them held in the data repository, either personally, or via an authorized representative in writing, or via a guardian. A person who has reviewed their information and found it incorrect, incomplete, unclear, or outdated may contact the data repository owner to request correction or deletion. If the owner refuses, they must notify the applicant in the manner and form prescribed in the regulations. Refusal to allow review, or notification of refusal to correct or delete information, may be appealed to a Magistrate’s Court as prescribed in the regulations.

10. Security of Personal Information

10.1. Seycuru implements security systems and procedures in communication and service provision. While these systems and procedures reduce the risk of unauthorized access, they do not provide absolute security. Therefore, Seycuru does not guarantee that services will be completely immune from unauthorized access to stored information. The Company regularly reviews information security and makes changes and upgrades as needed to maintain an appropriate level of information security.

10.2. Information transfer via the internet and means such as WhatsApp is done at the user’s risk, with the understanding that absolute security is not possible. In case of a security incident or concern for privacy breach, Seycuru will act according to legal requirements.
