1.1. Seycuru (hereinafter: “the Company”) is committed to protecting the privacy of clients and safeguarding the personal information provided by them, in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Protection Law, 1981 (hereinafter: “Privacy Protection Law”).
1.2. The client undertakes that any personal information transferred to the Company was done so with the consent of the data subject and according to the provisions of the law, including the Privacy Protection Law.
1.3. By engaging with the Company through any communication channel and/or use thereof (such as browsing Seycuru’s website, registering or leaving details on landing pages, WhatsApp, including membership in WhatsApp groups, phone, newsletter registration, email messages, and any other relevant means of communication), the client consents to the collection, storage, and use of information by the Company as detailed in this privacy policy.
1.4. The client acknowledges that they are not legally required to provide personal information to the Company, and any information provided during the engagement is given voluntarily. It is clarified that if the client chooses not to provide information, the Company may not be able to provide the requested service, in whole or in part.

The information provided by the client will be stored in Seycuru’s data repositories.
2.2. The client understands that if they refuse to share their information, they may not be able to receive services from the Company, and thereby waives any claim and/or demand and/or suit against Seycuru or anyone on its behalf.

8.1. As part of improving service and streamlining work processes, Seycuru uses AI-based auxiliary tools. The client authorizes the Company to use these AI tools for processing and analyzing information and preparing documents relevant to service provision. These tools are auxiliary only and do not constitute part of professional decision-making processes. Seycuru undertakes to minimize the exposure of personally identifiable information in these systems and to conduct full human review of any final product produced by them.
9. Right to Review Information
9.1. Under the Privacy Protection Law, 1981, every individual has the right to review information about them held in the data repository, either personally, or via an authorized representative in writing, or via a guardian. A person who has reviewed their information and found it incorrect, incomplete, unclear, or outdated may contact the data repository owner to request correction or deletion. If the owner refuses, they must notify the applicant in the manner and form prescribed in the regulations. Refusal to allow review, or notification of refusal to correct or delete information, may be appealed to a Magistrate’s Court as prescribed in the regulations.

10. Security of Personal Information
10.1. Seycuru implements security systems and procedures in communication and service provision. While these systems and procedures reduce the risk of unauthorized access, they do not provide absolute security. Therefore, Seycuru does not guarantee that services will be completely immune from unauthorized access to stored information. The Company regularly reviews information security and makes changes and upgrades as needed to maintain an appropriate level of information security.
10.2. Information transfer via the internet and means such as WhatsApp is done at the user’s risk, with the understanding that absolute security is not possible. In case of a security incident or concern for privacy breach, Seycuru will act according to legal requirements.
